Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping and Delivery:

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery within Australia usually takes 2 to 8 business days after dispatch. We use Australia Post for Australian deliveries.
• Express shipping takes 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
• Standard shipping is FREE for orders over $70.

Returns:

We offer returns for 14 days from the date your order is delivered/received. Eligibility on returns must meet the below terms:
However, not all items are eligible for return. 

Please note: There are no charges for return. However you are responsible for the charges of the return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, and in ‘as new’ condition.
• Item(s) must be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the date your order is delivered/received.
